Jared brings a wealth of experience in go-to-market strategy, customer success, and partner enablement across both startup and enterprise automation environments.

Jared’s career spans key roles at industry-leading organizations including Berkshire Grey, Daifuku, Honeywell Intelligrated, and CASI. Most recently, he spent five years at Berkshire Grey, a SoftBank-backed robotics firm, where he served as Director of Customer Success and Director of Partner Success. His work there focused on optimizing system performance, enabling sales teams, and shaping product roadmaps for advanced automation solutions.

Jared began his automation journey at CASI, where he played a pivotal role in scaling robotic and sortation receiving systems for major retailers. His deep understanding of customer needs and integrator partnerships has positioned him as a trusted leader in the robotics space.
